Nintex Workflow – Restart a Child Workflow

I’m going to keep this one short.  No screenshots.. Everything is explained in the video.

The aim of this scenario, is that you have a workflow that can fail, but you have no way of preventing that. Certain actions don’t have Error Handling in them, so you need to do something about it.  This process lets you have a parent workflow that starts the child workflow, and then periodically checks it’s status.  If it fails, it terminates it and restarts it.

Make sure your child workflow is smart enough to not redo the same work an older instance did already.
