Microsoft Ignite 2018 – Day One

Day one of Microsoft Ignite was exciting and very busy.

From the Keynote, to the vendor announcements, to all the customers, partners and interested people coming by the Nintex booth, it was a non-stop day of conversations.  Booth 1814 is where I was hanging out.  That happens to be the Nintex booth.  Surprise… surprise!!!!  It was great to see customers come up to talk about what they are doing with the Nintex platform, but also ask great questions on what Nintex is doing and where we are heading.  The future is all about taking the Intelligent Process Automation journey, side by side with our customers.

One of the main reasons I love coming to Ignite, is that every year I get to see more and more Nintex customers.  Including those that I’ve interacted with for over 10 years.  Some of which, I’m only just getting to meet in person.  How awesome is that?  Such amazing people.

The other group of people that came to the booth were our partners.  You would think our ISV partners would be the ones that are on the forefront of innovating.   But our SI partners are also putting together some really exciting packages that our customers  could really utilize in the day to day automation processes.

Now comes those people who don’t know Nintex and want to learn more, and see what the platform could do for them.  One day, and I probably had 33% discussions with prospects, 33% existing customers, 33% partners and 1% completely slacking off.

Day Two, I have no doubt will be another busy day.  Most likely not spread out the same way, but will still have great conversation, including those that came by on day one, and want to dive deeper in to their IPA journey.

Bring it on!!!  Let’s automate something.
